Patrick J. Quinlan, Esq. has been a dispute resolution professional since 1991 and has extensive experience in all aspects of ADR, including mediation and arbitration.  He has served as an arbitrator and mediator and has served a variety of state and local government entities as legal counsel.

Ø       Experience and expertise in resolving a wide variety of disputes including financial and commercial, insurance, construction, products liability, probate, eminent domain, land use, professional liability, partnerships and family-owned enterprises, medical malpractice matters, governmental relations matters, and marine dredge matters.
